コーラスや、ソウルミュージックなどのカバーを歌うだけでなく、
自分の歌を掘り下げたい、
でも歌い上げるのでなく、
出会いの中で見つけていくこと、
持ってはいたけど、気づかなかったこと、
私的だけど、誰かのものと似てるはずのこと、
それらを力まずに、日常から地続きの非日常を分かち合うための音楽を、
ジャンルで分けずに、素直に歌いたい。

稲泉りんがその思いを上田ケンジ氏に伝えたところから制作がはじまり、
氏が作詞•作曲•アレンジ•プロデュースし、
人間の機微を音や言葉にしたらこうなった、という様な楽曲達が生まれ、
コロナ禍、名プレイヤー達との遠隔セッションの中、新しくも懐かしいような、切なくも温かい音楽に仕上がった。

Although Lyn Inaizumi loved all the moments that she spends singing cover songs in a live show or performing on stage as a background singer, she started to feel she wants to dig in deeper and find out what she wants to express as her own music at the same time.
She felt that that had to be found along the ways of meeting new people, environments, experiences, and so on. It may be something that has been inside her the whole time and never noticed. It had to be something unique and personal, but also something that everyone can sympathizes in a way. Something that lies in everyday life, but also special and extraordinary. She wanted to make a kind of music that cannot be categorized in a certain genre.
As she shared these thoughts with the producer, Kenji Ueda, the project gradually grew with great artists and musicians joining the team.
The music is finally put together into a new but something familiar, nostalgic but warm, one and only sound. p
